Certain Officers have been transferred by the Board recently. Orders for the transfer are also under issue. It has been observed that after issue of their own transfer orders some of the Senior Officers are ordering transfer of their subordinate Officers/Staff. This has been viewed with concern. It is hereby ordered that after issue of transfer orders of an officer he will refrain from issuing transfer orders of other under him. Such of the transfer orders, which have been ordered after issue of own transfer orders, will be treated as stayed and these will be reviewed by the successor.
