A Numer of instances have come to the notice of the Board where Junior Engineers are posted in their home districts. This has been one of the causes of public complaints. It is, accordingly, instructed that if Junior Engineers under them are still posted in their home districts, they may be shifted from their place of posting in coming May/June, 1976 positively and it should be ensured that no Junior Engineer is posted in their home districts I future.
